Wednesday's ETF with Unusual Volume: IWX

The iShares Russell Top 200 Value ETF (IWX) is seeing unusually high volume in afternoon trading Wednesday, with over 1.2 million shares traded versus three month average volume of about 41,000.  Shares of IWX were trading flat on the day.
